Holidays are a great time to connect with clients and check in with yourself. To kick off December, we’ve come up with 5 tips to help you prepare for the holiday season.

Being Prepared 101

#2 Be flexible with work hours if needed

Schedules change as the holidays arrive. Your clients may not be available during your normal meeting times. Be open to adjusting your schedule to accommodate if needed. With enough notice given, your time will be better managed during the holiday time.

#3 Make organization a priority

The real estate market traditionally slows down during December. If you know you will have more free time, this is the time to get organized. A few tasks to check off could be to update your contact list, plan your marketing strategy, or consider new management tools to add to your resources.

#4 Keep in touch with clients

As you probably know, the holidays are a prime time to check in with your clients. Take time to send your well wishes by sending holiday cards, automated emails, or gift drops!

#5 Set goals for the New Year

Take time to reflect on your wins and losses. The new year is an opportunity to improve on your business and personal goals. Make it a priority to incorporate self care, gather educational resources, and list out your goals for the new year!
