How do you stand apart from other agents? 

I like to mix business with wit and humor - makes each experience a lot more memorable and fun.

What is the key to attaining long-term clients? 

Intention and transparency. Always set your intentions and be transparent with your clients.

What marketing method is most effective for you and why? 

Social Media - it's free! Use it for leverage before IG starts charging for stories.

What routine do you implement in your daily real estate life? 

I like to start my day with gratitude. Each morning with my daughter, we share what we're thankful for over breakfast together. This sets our intentions for the rest of our day and helps keep us mindful for the things that ARE going right, when things go wrong. Gratitude is the attitude in our household.

What are your DO's & DON'TS when it comes to conversation starters? 

DO's: Be authentic when showing interest. DON'TS: Stop staring at your phone! Eye contact is important.

Which goals are you looking to achieve this year and what will it take to meet them? 

I hope to become a top seller in our Century 21 office this year. This will take a lot of hardwork and dedication that I'm up for.

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent? 

There's absolutely no courage without fear. We all start off fearful. The question is, what will you do with it? Use fear to fuel your courage.
