Bria Earley (Bree), Licensed four years, two years as a full time agent.

How would you describe your brand?

My brand represents what I aspire to be in every transaction. Personable, professional, and educational. It is exactly like my personality, classy with a flair of fun!

How do you differentiate yourself?

I differentiate myself by the level of education I provide to my clients as well as my patience. The experience with me is going to be elevated every time because you will know where you're at in each step of the transaction and you can whole heartedly trust that I will protect your interest at all costs. I ensure your earnest money is protected and you are making the best decision specifically for you, your family, and your situation. Plus, I always try to make it as fun as possible along the way and build a rapport with each client so they know I am their life time agent :)

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

Instagram is the most effective marketing method FOR ME specifically. My Bachelors degree is from Tennessee State University in Speech Communication so I have always been comfortable speaking in front of the camera, large crowds, etc. People will generally only trust you if you are well informed on whatever subject you are speaking of. Consequently, they feel connected to me not only from familiarizing themselves with my personality, but they also feel assurance that I will be the best agent to navigate them through one of the biggest investments most people will make in their life. 

What marketing method is least effective for you and why?

Cold calling. Every time I have tried to do it (which was very few), I became very frustrated. People not answering the phone, completely uninterested or overall not seeking to work with you specifically. In such an over saturated market, I only look to work with clients that have taken the initiative to work exclusively with me.

What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?

1. Hi! How are you? My name is Bree! - I find that authentic, organic beginnings create the most positive, productive partnerships which is what I strive for with each client.

2. Where are you from? I am from California! - common backgrounds or interests are a sure fire way to begin a friendship or any sort of relationship.

3. Do you have Instagram? Mine is @breeismyrealtor! - Social media is where everyone connects and stays in touch in this generation. 

How are you elevating the look and feel of your business?

I love this question because this is the theme of my business as we enter the new year! I will elevate the look and feel of my business by being much more intentional all around. My content will be more professional as I have hired a team to assist with that. Which will include a videographer, photographer, makeup artist, graphic designer, etc. I will also continue to develop my business practices to make certain the client experience of absolute excellence and above par each time.

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

TIME MANAGEMENT is the one piece of advice I would give to all new agents. You have so much time as a new agent, spend it wisely! Read contracts daily as your knowledge of this alone will be the core of your business. Read books on lending, mindset, etc. Most will have to transition into part time so make sure every minute is spent worth while towards your goals - DAILY.
