Name, Location and how long have you been an Agent

Brittany Martinez, Pueblo, CO, Licensed in 2005, in the real-estate industry for a total of 17 years.

How would you describe your brand?

One-on-one customer service & expertise. Accompanied by an enthusiastic, confident personality & always has a smile. Creating life long bonds and trust with clients.

How do you differentiate yourself?

Work ethic and a vast knowledge in the real estate industry are what set me apart from others. I'm a "one woman" show. My clients deal with me and only me each and every day. It really creates a lasting impact. Repeat and referral business is what has made my career very successful.

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

IG/Facebook, & keeping in touch with present/past clients for referral business.

What marketing method is least effective for you and why?

Most print materials. As a younger generation Realtor, I try and brand myself with social media as much as possible. Doing things others don't and trying to set myself apart from everyone else.

What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?

Wearing or having real estate marketing items with me when I'm out in public. I love all of my "Real Estate Life" gear & products from ATRE. Strangers always ask me about real estate when I'm at the grocery store, shops, restaurants, ect.

How are you elevating the look and feel of your business?

I love keeping it fresh and relevant. As Realtors, I feel like we are always re-branding ourselves based on the current market trends. I have been a Realtor a long time and have seen many different seasons in the real estate industry. I like to target what is selling. If it's relocation's, foreclosures, short-sales, first-time buyers, whatever at the time. That's where I primarily focus my marketing and education.

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

Do the work. It's not easy. Some days it will be rough and you'll want to quit. Also, don't worry about the commission. Let your primary focus be the client and the rest will fall into place. That's how you build a life long career.
