How would you describe your brand?
My brand is all about real estate & lifestyle mixed together. I share a lot about my personal life on my social media platforms so people get to know who I am outside of being an agent. I'm also big on educating & empowering people to make smart real estate decisions for themselves.
How do you differentiate yourself?
Simply by being myself! I'm a very casual, upfront, and honest type of person and I let that shine through everywhere.
What marketing method is most effective for you and why?
Social media, hands down. It allows me to connect with my ideal clients exactly where they are and educate them in a way that they appreciate.
What marketing method is least effective for you and why?
Cold calling. There's no true relationship-building time when cold calling people. Nobody likes receiving cold calls so I don't see the point in doing them.
What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?
By complimenting them, asking them a personal question, or introducing myself.
How are you elevating the look and feel of your business?
By hiring on help and delegating tasks so I can focus solely on attracting clients, creating valuable content, and providing a fun, memorable experience for my clients.
What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?
Think outside of the box! There are so many ways to market yourself as an agent. Find what works for you and run with it!
