How would you describe your brand?

How do you differentiate yourself?

As past corporate women, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Every transaction that we are involved with, we are fully committed and dedicate A-list services to every consumer. Customers are not just hiring agents, they are hiring an amazing team. Living in Florida, we're in the midst of a melting pot and we love it!

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

Our most effective marketing method is a combination of directing mailings to our SOI and social media. We are very engaged with our followers on IG & Facebook. Elisa's stories are always an attention grabber with her adorable kids. We are authentic and allow people to see our daily life as agents. It's not always heels and deals, but it's definitely relatable.

What marketing method is least effective for you and why?

Postcards! So far this has not been as effective as we hoped. We've tried sending them to different areas or even multiple at a time. We've learned that creating authentic flyers or taking the time to write hand-written cards have proven to be more effective.

What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?

For starters, we love talking to parents (including fur-parents). Everyone has their own parenting style and everyone has a story to share that you can learn from.

Secondly, we enjoy breaking the ice by paying someone a compliment. You never know when was the last time that person heard that they looked amazing or that they did a fantastic job with their garden.

Lastly, just asking an open-ended question. Talk less and listen more, you never know where that conversation may lead you.

How are you elevating the look and feel of your business?

We take pride in positively representing our brand and brokerage in the best light. We are only the best because we work with the best. We have an amazing team of professionals that help us look great. Starting with our collaboration with ATRE and their phenomenal branding tools, our photographers, make-up artists, website designers and branding specialists collectively assist in elevating our business to the next level.

What's one piece of advice you would give a new agent?

Establish a business plan (in pencil). Your business plan should include your short term and long term goals. Also, you should include a marketing budget and don't be afraid to make changes along the way.
