What’s your market like?

I specialize on the Chicago south side. The south side is home to the University of Chicago and Bungalow style homes. I live in a community named Bronzeville where we have seen a substantial increase in sales price due to new constructions. There is a shortage of homes available for resale.

How do you differentiate yourself from your competition?

Initially, I was Queen of Foreclosures and then I decided to focus on the marketing side of the business. I follow national trends and I like to do what is new and take chances. Live streaming video is what I'm nationally known for and it has allowed me to become a local celebrity and build rapport.

What marketing method is most effective for you and why?

I record a podcast via video once per week and we then convert the video to a weekly blog post, email, and social media content.

What marketing method is least effective for you and why?

I do not hand out printed materials. I want to capture contact information so I deliver all content via apps and landing pages.

What are your three favorite ways to start a conversation?

Wear clothing with a Call to Actions. Acknowledge someone's online content or success(es). Smile and say "Hello how are you doing today."

How are you elevating the look and feel of your business in 2020?

1) Wearing branded apparel daily 2) Repurposing all branded content 3) Launching a new website.
